Hectic at times, Management okay, but transactional. Work/life balance for some not all. Enjoy the patient community and the fact they have plantree services.
Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA in Stamford, CT
The hospital is beautiful and there's some really good nurses but the bad ones get to stay because they been there to long and nobody cares to change them out. No matter how many great employees, who have left because of the bad apple
Revenue Accountant in 1 omega drive
Stamford health medical group used to be the best place I have ever worked. New management came in and completely changed everything for the worst job in history I have worked in. HR is not on your side and there is no one that you feel comfortable to talk to. Managers talk badly about their own team and one another. Too many politics and micromanaging. I would not recommend anyone to work for SHMG specifically at 1 omega drive. Coworker although are the best, but all managers are by far the worst in leadership. People have spoken up and complained resulted in being fired. This shows you that they are not compassionate about there employees and there concerns.

Loved all my coworkers. Everyone is supportive and helps the days go by faster. Management was supportive and kept us in the loop. The department is easy going and friendly. Management was very understanding and helped where they could with any issues you had
